Delivery - Shipments

Delivery

1- The products are delivered throughout Greece through the company Tachydema Courier or delivery to a Pick Up Point of the company BoxNow within 1-3 working days. In the case of hard-to-reach areas of mainland and island Greece, orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days.

2- Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day.

Delivery Dates

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory and to the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form by courier service (1-3 working days). In areas where it is not possible to send your order through the courier service, the shipping time is that provided by Courier Mail (5 working days). Shipments will be made daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The above deadlines do not apply during holidays, extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.

Shipping charges

The shipping cost is €2.20 for Box Now and €2.60 for Tachydema Courier (including VAT) for each order weighing up to 2 Kg. For each additional kilo there is a fee of €1.10.

For orders over 50.00 euros and up to 2 Kg you are not charged shipping costs.

Miscellaneous

These charges concern areas that are not characterized by the cooperating courier company as difficult to reach. For areas that are outside the service network (courier), and characterized as hard to reach, shipping costs will vary. You will be informed of the fact that your area is considered inaccessible and therefore of the cost of transport after the Order Confirmation by phone or in writing and within a period of approximately 24 hours. In case you want a transport company of your preference with which MARVI does not cooperate, then the transport costs are charged to the customer according to the price list of the transport company you have chosen.

Order Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The product has been delayed by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a wide range of suppliers either domestically or internationally. But there are cases where an order of ours can get "stuck" in customs or in transit, as a result of which we do not have it in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without this product or suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after receiving it in our warehouses.
  • The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available: Among the many products we display in the store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinuing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternative solutions.
  • During periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
  • In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. the information you have entered is not correctly updated.
