Return Policy

Reasons for return:

You can return a product you purchased for the following cases:

1. In case we send you a DIFFERENT product than the one you ordered.
2. YOU REGRET your purchase and have not unsealed the product. The date of receipt of your order and the date of submission of the return request must not exceed 14 calendar days.

Return terms:

1. In any case, the receipt or purchase invoice must be presented together with the product.
2. In the event that we send you a DIFFERENT product than the one you ordered, the shipping costs are borne solely by us. We will make sure that you are covered immediately with the correct item/s and in the event that the item is not available, you will be credited with the amount paid if you have paid it. The original product must have been kept in its original factory packaging with no evidence of tampering with the security tape - authenticity or use of the product.
3. REGRET your purchase and have not unsealed the product? then you can return it within 14 calendar days of the issue of the retail receipt or invoice provided the item is kept in its original factory packaging with no evidence of tampering with the security tape - authenticity or use of the product. Returns are not accepted if the outer/inner factory packaging has been tampered with.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the same charge.

In case of a defective product, it is necessary to present the proof of purchase.
